We utilize multiple automated stations as well as highly skilled people that MIG, ARC, Oxy-Acetylene and resistance spot weld sheet metal. We design and engineer custom sheet metal products in Stainless, Aluminum, Galvanized, and ordinary Steel. We make thousands of custom sheet metal components and products using additional techniques in bending, rolling, forming, embossing, punching, laser cutting, laser / chemical etching, painting, powder coating, anodize, polishing and more. GLOBALINK MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS is well equipped to produce quality Strip and Wire Formed components ranging from simple to the most intricate shapes. The material can be square or round wire or flat strip type.

Wire Forming

Furthermore, GLOBALINK MANUFACTURING SOLUTIONS Stamping capabilities allows us to offer progressive stampings for automated assembly lines and reel-to-reel insert molding etc. In addition, we utilize conventional punch press stamping and deep drawing equipment to manufacture simple to complex individual stamped and deep drawn parts and components.

We work with a variety of tempers from soft to hard and in a wide range of thicknesses. We have manufactured items in many materials such as: aluminum, brass, copper, phosphorous bronze, beryllium copper, stainless steel, titanium, Inconel, carbon and alloy steels, and other precious metals.
